At the beginning of may Tehnoros company delivered an electrical  bridge crane 50/10-16,5-18/19, flameproof performance, mode of operation – A4, based on the GH’s components (Spain)

The bridge crane designing that is based on a GH’s crane kit helped to produce a crane with compact construction and use the room space in the most efficient way at high capacity degree and minimum service costs.

The bridge crane is fitted with a radio control system. Besides, the crane is fitted with a frequency converter for the crane and trolley travelling, so it is possible to choose speeds and adjust the smoothness of motion, run-up and braking time. These all helps to cut energy consumption and avoid undesirable overloads and extend the life of the crane.

GH’s crane-kits using helps to carry out the equipment electrical installation quickly due to quick-connected connectors, the design of whichprovides protection from erroneous actions of personnel during the installation .

The electric motors are protected by temperature detectors and sensors which are embedded in the winding, have the insulation class F and the ingress protection rating  IP-55. The motor reducer has the IP-55 protection rating, as well. All equipment is produced abroad.

The crane has a low construction height that is optimal for the conditions when the distance between the crane rail and the ceiling beam is quite short. The light-weight construction reduces the crane rail load and building supporting structure load.
