PA “TEHNOROS” has concluded an export contract for project engineering and delivery of major sophisticated components of bucket reclaimer with a capacity of 1200 t/h

Production Association “TEHNOROS” has concluded an export contract for project engineering and delivery of major sophisticated components of portal bucket reclaimer with a capacity of 1200 t/h for iron and steel works in Czech Republic. 

The reclaimer’s overall length is 83,8 m, the height from the rail level is 36 m and the total weight is 800 t.

This equipment is intended for reclaiming the material from homogenization stockpile stack 540 m long and discharging it onto the storage belt conveyor. The reclaimer’s special feature is an auxiliary function of transferring the established portion of the material’s front layer back onto the stack.

Hard European environmental requirements for dusting and acoustic comfort apply to the equipment.
